Ok,this boom arm in of itself is fairly versatile. It has several adjustments for flexibility,which others don't have as much of.It has the ball style angle adjustments and that is a cool feature.

That pretty much where the positive review ends.
Now for the issues I have with this: 1. The extensions are way too short. There is very little stem length here,so if your going for height and you think this baby is the one,think again. I have the Gibraltar Stealth system and am searching for compatible hardware as in cymbal booms to go with this seemingly cool system.
This particular boom arm looked to be the largest available from Gibraltar,and appeared to be the right fit. After installing the multi clamp and SC-UCB
I ordered for a China ,I immediately realized I would have to raise the horizontal bar on the side mount rack all the way up to get any height at all,and even that was barely acceptable. It wasn't looking too stealthy anymore,as the whole Stealth concept is to keep the horizontal rack low instead of the normal/drum height Gibraltar racks are known to exhibit.

I contacted Gibraltar as to why they do not sell the cymbal arm vertical tubes(that come with both Stealth kits) separately for additional cymbals,and they said the verticals were a custom size for the Stealth only so they didn't sell them individually.WTF?
This tells me that they offer very few options in support of the Stealth, and that you should stay clear of Stealth related products if your looking to expand. This is about as half assed as I've seen from any product line ever and was surprised to find Gibraltar in that category.
So, in summary,if you have the Gibraltar Stealth system and are in search of options for adding height to your cymbal positioning,keep looking as this is not the answer.
