After unboxing the Niles CM7HD's I was immediately impressed with their build quality.

The installation template and guidelines provided are easy to follow which make the entire process a breeze. The spring latch retaining system is excellent and has held perfectly since installing them about 6 months ago.

The directional tweeters have a large degree of adjustment and once they're set in an ideal position they remain fixed and don't simply fall back due to gravity. After 6 months of extensive use the tweeters have remained fixed in their adjusted position.

I was impressed with the bass output of these speakers however it is somewhat to be expected considering the size of the speaker.

From a price point of view, they're definitely worth every dollar.

Being a quality speaker, they do however demand the right amount of Amp Power to get the most out of them.
