I've been getting really meticulous with my settings and with the tone I get straight from guitar to amp; this pedal has an amazing analog/digital hybrid chip going on in it so I get my natural guitar tone going straight through to the amp with a really nice, accurate shimmer if I set the delay short and an incredibly natural sounding echo when I set it long. I definitely can't imagine having to add another delay pedal on with this, unless I'm looking to set a delay before my overdrive instead of after. It's versatile, gives you the benefit of having two perfectly coordinated delays and it's incredibly simple to use and setup while also giving you tons of control over the kind of delay effect your creating.

Basically, I feel like I'm getting natural tone from my guitar and amp at all times while benefitting from the accuracy of digital chips (and not to mention, I love the tap tempo since some of the drummers I play with aren't exactly metronomes).
