I spent months looking in stores and exploring the web to find a nice looking, solid, well organized piece of furniture to store my fairly large collections of CDs, DVDs and computer disks. I decided to take a chance even though I am not usually comfortable buying furniture online sight unseen. This unit arrived on time and completely intact. The instructions were clear and simple, with precisely the correct number of pieces of hardware provided, and assembly was easy, requiring only a couple of ordinary tools. The assembled case is a sturdy, versatile unit that contains not only my entire media collection, but quite a few paperback books in addition. It is sturdy, and, best of all, very attractive. The price was for excellent quality hardwood veneers on all surfaces of every shelf and upright (not contact paper over flakeboard). I would happily purchase another item from this manufacturer.
