The Craftsman 19.2 Volt Radio is fun, cute, and extremely portable. The sound quality is fair to good but not excellent. I actually expected alittle more from Craftsman as their tools are the Cadillac of the industry. The radio lacks "bass" but does put out a decent sound. Nothing beats the portability of this unit - the little guy carries well anywhere. The radio is powered only by the 19.2 volt recharage battery (not included) which will last about 1 week with moderate play time - also, be aware that the little cutie does not accept an AC power source. I'm hoping that Craftman will build a new improved version with 2 speakers in the near future.PROS:
*Portable
*Light-weight
*Good battery life
*Decent Sound Quality
*Plays FM/AM/Weather/iPod/MP3 players
*Price
CONS:
*Sound quality
*No Preset buttons
*Volume could be louder for outdoor use.
*When battery gets low, stations come in with static.
*No place for an attachable iPhone when playing MP3's (there is space for a small iPod).
*No place to store the included 3.5mm jack cord when not in use.
*Only 1 speaker, no stereo sound.
*Once your battery dies, so does your radio (can't plug it in).
