The depth of this shelf is NOT adjustable, only the mounting brackets are! The actual depth
of this shelf is 27.5 inches. I rated this item at 3 stars only because of the confusion not
due to any problem with the product. On the sheet that came with the shelf, it gave the length
as 27.5 inches on the front of the sheet and 18 inches on the back! Even the manufacturer is
confused!
