If you still think your AR speaker you purchased recently is JUST A PIECE of Plastic, it is your ears that have deteriorated with age not your
AR. NO, I do not work for them but I can test sound quality with an instrument that does not deteriorate, and the outcome is phenomenal! The mere plastic stands up to outdoor elements that the wood of my 2AXs would have succumbed to many years ago.
