CERA Wireless Portable Speaker - Black - Bluetooth Review

This is a surprisingly decent little portable speaker. The sound is pleasantly full and rich, especially given the size. At high volumes, its size becomes apparent, but for moderate listening levels from an iPhone or iPad, it's great. I've only used the Bluetooth capability once, sticking to line input when I can. There was nothing notably wrong with the Bluetooth performance... I just prefer wired to wireless for some things.

One star taken off for a terrible, counterintuitive control button arrangement on the top panel. Is that a Next Track button or a Previous Track button? Who knows, but rotate the thing a quarter turn, and now the button looks like it should do the opposite. Form over function, where the form impedes the function. Dumb. Fortunately, these dumb buttons only operate in Bluetooth mode, which I never use anyway. For me, they're just four little blue lights. I like blue, and I like the sound from this thing.
