The aesthetically unique Backbone grille not only looks great, but also provides greater strength and damage resistance than simple grille block designs. Proprietary ergonomically correct handles and angled input panels, integrated pole mount and (6) 3/8-inch threaded suspension inserts make the TX1152 easy to transport and employ in a variety of applications.

These speakers sound great. We use them for live sound and they outproduce our JBL JRX115's by double. (Of course this is an entry level speaker vs a tour series...not a fair match) Sound is crisp and clean. It is nice that they can handle a lot of power from the amps. The grills are not quite as heavy as I'd like, especially for road use, but they are robust enough to protect the speakers. I will easily look past this for the overall performance of the product. Spend the extra money for quality on this speaker. You will not be sorry.
