The item was ordered on 7/18 and received it on received on 7/20 via USPS (free shipping). It was exactly as ordered. It was not in retail type packaging but was in a bubble-wrap bag place in a shipping box. Given the name of this company is OEM RUN (as in Original Equipment Manufacturer) I was not concerned by this.

While there was no manual or quick-start guide included it was easy enough to download one from the web. It worked very well and has impressive low-frequency response given it's size.
